I’m not sure why the S2000 isn’t more popular among motoring journalists. With an engine and gearbox as good as this, and dry limits being very high, these are a great steer. I will admit though, not confidence inspiring in the wet, and OK it doesn’t connect you to the road in the way an S1 Lotus Elise does.
This car is one of our good customers and recently we did some welding work. This time we finished this off with a wheel refurbishment and a Lanoguard treatment
Very pleased with the work on the wheels, which was completed with 5 working days from start to finish.
The Lanoguard process is time consuming as always, particularly with some of the fiddly Honda trim clips on the arch liners. We ordered some for this job as it means you can get everything back together properly, important on any car, especially so on an appreciating classic.
