TRW Brake Discs and Pad replacement on a 335D E90

We recently fitted some Koni dampers to this rather fast 335D BMW e90 3 Series. The brake discs were below the thickness limit so the customer gave us the go ahead to replace with TRW Disc and Pads. If you haven’t heard of TRW, they are one of the worlds largest manufacturers of OE Brake, Steering and Suspension systems. It’s likely that your car features TRW parts.

The parts are of the highest quality and mirror OEM standards (in many case they are the OEM part) but at a considerable saving over dealer parts.

The TRW discs on this 335D are a whopping 348mm – one of the largest single piece cast disc applications we’ve seen. This is why we check the disc runout ๐Ÿ™‚

If you want us to fit quality brakes to your car contact us for a price on TRW Discs and Pads.

Julian, you guys did me proud. The car is so much faster now in the real world with the Koni adaptives keeping the wheel better connected with the road surface and enhancing both the comfort and stability. The brakes are such an important part of the upgrades – and these are such a quality OEM replacement. Canโ€™t thank you guys enough. Car will be with back with you – I think there maybe some final tweaks to top out this superb daily driver. Thanks again mate – quality job and very competitive price.
